Disney Magical Christmas fun bath

What kid doesn't like Mickey and Minnie Mouse? November we took the kids to Disney when visiting family in Fl. They had a blast.

"C" is in love with Minnie Mouse and all the Princess charcters. So the other day I was Christmas shopping and saw cute Christmas window clings in Walgreens and Dollar Tree had some as well, so I picked them they were $1.50.

So I placed them all around the bath tub, places some Disney toys in the tub. Filled up the tub with lots of bubbles colored them red and green for Christmas. Then added some colored shaving cream for painting if they wanted to paint on the tile.

Simple, fun and magical. It's the little things that you do for your kids that make the BIG difference in their life.

This fun bath just took a few minutes to put together and brought smiles to my kids faces that last a life time.

They had so much fun and this was simple colored bubbles and bath paint.

The joy that is brought to your child(ren) face by taking alittle extra step to add some fun to a bath or play is priceless and remember life is short you never know what tomorrow will hold.

Baby Jesus in a manger kids craft

We have been reading the Christmas story to our 4 yr old son and talking about Baby Jesus, so I thought it would be a neat craft to make Baby Jesus in a manger with "J".

Last year I made a keepsake plate using my son's foot print and made a manger and put scripture around it, I loved the way it turned out and so this year I will be doing my daughter.

Then when they are older and one day have a family they can place it out for their kids.

Materials for the craft:
2 popsicle sticks
Hay pieces
Small square piece of felt (for the blanket)
Tan paper(cut out a circle for the head)
Glue
Sheet of paper to place it on

Below are some other fun things we have done you might like.

Kids finger print keepsake picture frames

Who doesn't like fun, easy, and inexpensive crafts. Well I have one for you and it would make a great grandparents, aunt, uncle, Godparent or just a great keepsake gift for you to keep.

All you need are of couple items:

8x10 photo matte....we paid $1.58 at craft store.
5x7 picture
paint....we used white to make snowmen or you can use brown for a reindeer
sharpie marker
(ribbon, magnet or place in a frame)

Place your kids finger prints on the matte, paint decorate alittle and you are done.

Pictures taken in the frames below are by Mama Miss if you are local in the Northern Va area I highly recommend her for family or kids picture. She puts her whole heart into your pictures and they are priceless memories. Thanks again for our AMAZING Christmas photos, Melissa.

Reindeer's are made with thumb print and then I added the antlers and face. The kids glued the buttons on.

Snowman finger prints were made with kids thumb, pointer and pinkie fingers. Then I added the little face and hat.

You can decorate the frame however you would like that is what makes it fun. Buttons, pom poms, paint, draw, glitter and more.

You can also add ribbon to the top to have it hang.

Be sure to check out the other keepsake memories we have made for great gifts. Reindeer hand print keepsake, Snowman keepsake ornament and Reindeer footprint keepsake
