Super fun glow erupting sensory science for kids
The kids had so much fun playing with the glowing rock science we did the other day, that "J" asked could they do it again. So instead of the rocks I made snowballs since we just has our 1st snowfall for the year.
They had a blast with this as well. When making the glowing snow and snowballs I used the highlighters this time, instead of the neon paint.
I let the highlighters sit in water over night and then mixed alittle with the snow we made.
Materials:
Baking soda
Hair conditioner
Vinegar
Highlighters(we used yellow, pink and orange)
Blacklight ($10.00 at Wal-Mart or Home Depot) so worth the money. Lots you can do with it.
