Ghost paper plate craft

Make your own ghost paper plate to hang up as fun decorations for Halloween. Very simple and inexpensive craft to make.

Materials:
Paper plate
Circles cut out from black card stock
Sheet of white felt to cut in strips
Scissors
Glue
Stapler
