We used Elmer's and Rose Art. I liked the Elmer's better, but we tried it first with the Rose Art cause it was on clearence at the store for $.15.
After we did the swirl art with the glue, "J" wanted to get a brush and paint to mix the colors. He had fun.
Easy to do:
1. Pick the color you want
2. Place alittle bit of kool-aid in the bottle of glue
3. Place lid back on and shake alittle
4. Then open and mix with something long(we used a chopstick)
Keep doing the steps til all the kool-aid is in the bottle of glue or you have the color you want.
The fun glue art
After "J" did the glue art he wanted to paint, so we took out the paint brush.
If you like scented

ReplyDeleteYes it does smell yummy. Thanks for stopping by.
DeleteThis seems like a super fun idea and it helps the little one see where the glue is going. Do you go through a ton of kool aid at your house???
ReplyDeleteI think they liked the smell the best. No not too much just fun things to do with it and it is cheap to say the least...lol
DeleteYou should do a post about all the things you can do with Kool-aid! Thanks for sharing at Mom's Library!
